Use the tools you want. We will connect them to PrintBlocks.
You do not need to replace every system in your print shop to start using PrintBlocks.
Tell us which stores, accounting platforms, couriers, design tools or other software you rely on, and we can build an integration around the way your shop works.
Integrations built around your print shop
If your system is not on our integration list, that does not mean it cannot be connected.
We can build custom integrations for the systems and tools your print shop wants to keep using, with control over which information moves, in which direction and when.
You decide how the connection works
Every print shop has a different workflow, so an integration can do more than simply copy basic information between two systems.
Define which events trigger the connection, which data is transferred, how it maps to your fields and what happens after PrintBlocks receives it.
Connect your existing online store
Orders from WooCommerce, or from another commerce platform we connect for you, can flow directly into PrintBlocks with the customer, products, address, files and shipping method.
The incoming information is mapped to your print shop's fields and workflow, allowing the order to move forward without manual data entry.
Connect accounting and payments
Create invoices, receipts and delivery notes from the order, match customers with existing accounting records and receive document and payment updates in return.
You can also connect a payment provider and generate payment pages directly from an order.
Connect your couriers
Create a shipment from the order, generate the shipping label and receive the tracking number and status updates automatically.
Shipping information remains connected to the order and available to both your team and the customer.
Connect design tools and customizers
When a customer designs a product using an external tool, mockups, design data and production-ready files can be delivered directly to the correct production job.
The integration can match those files with the order even when they arrive at different times.
Turn events in other systems into triggers
Events from connected tools can trigger automations inside PrintBlocks.
For example, a new store order can create an order here, and a completed payment can approve it and move it into production.
See what happened in every connection
Each integration includes an activity log showing what was sent, what was received, which actions succeeded and what requires attention.
Your team can identify issues quickly without guessing where the information stopped.
Questions shops ask
What if our system is not on the integration list?
Talk to us. We will review how the system can connect and can build a custom integration around your tool and your print shop's workflow.
Can you connect PrintBlocks to any system?
We can build integrations with systems that provide a technical way to send or receive information, such as an API, webhooks, files or another connection method. We will review the system and your requirements before building the integration.
Can we choose which information moves between the systems?
Yes. You can define which data is sent and received, how it maps to fields in PrintBlocks and what should happen after each event.
Can information move in both directions?
Yes, depending on the capabilities of the connected system. A WooCommerce order, for example, enters PrintBlocks from your store, and its status can be written back to the store as it moves through your workflow.
Can integrations trigger automations?
Yes. Events received from a connected system can be used as triggers for automations, messages, status updates and other actions in PrintBlocks.
Can we connect several systems at the same time?
Yes. You can connect stores, accounting platforms, payment providers, couriers, design tools and other systems to the same PrintBlocks account.
How will we know if an integration stops working?
Each integration is checked on a schedule and reports whether it is healthy, and the last error it saw sits on its own settings screen alongside the activity log of every call.
Is there an API if we want to build the connection ourselves?
Yes. You can use the PrintBlocks API and webhooks to build custom connections and workflows for your systems.
